V1.1 - new screen modes

The 1.1 update adds the following options:

• the screen frequency for colour games can be set as a parameter to 50 or 60 Hz.
• the gamepack can now accept games in ST-High resolution. A parameter change to the emulator configuration must be made to use this option.
